Forgotten User Password
For your security, we encrypt all passwords in our database and therefore cannot send your current password to you. If you have forgotten your password then a new random password can be sent to the contact email address on your account. This will be the same as your login email address, unless you have changed it in your control panel.
When you receive it simply login in using it and, if you wish, you can change it to something more memorable.
